Looking for the best night of comedy at the best venue? We Brew the Funny! is taking over the Common Roots Brewing Company on November 21st. Headlining the show is nationally touring comedian Dustin Ybarra. Featuring NYC comedian Kyle Mara. The evening will be kicked off by local host, and Capital Region's Funniest comedian competitor J. Patrick Connolly.

Come early and enjoy 32 rotating draft lines, scratch kitchen, spacious taproom and outdoor biergarten, it’s the perfect place to enjoy beers and bites with friends and family, or to kick back in an Adirondack chair at one of our fire pits.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 45–60 minutes before showtime. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy dinner, order your first drinks, and get settled before the laughs begin at 7:00 PM.

Can I order food and drinks during the show?

Absolutely! We offer a full menu featuring burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and desserts, along with award-winning craft beer brewed onsite, handcrafted cocktails, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages.

To enjoy dinner before the show, we recommend arriving early. The bar stays open for the entire performance, so you're welcome to order another drink whenever you'd like.

Is seating reserved?

Yes. We assign seating before each show to help groups stay together and keep the evening running smoothly.

If members of your party are purchasing tickets separately, simply include the names of everyone you'd like to sit with in the notes/comments section during checkout, and we'll seat your group together.

Can I request a specific table?

Yes! If you have a preferred table or seating location, give us a call before the show, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. While we can't guarantee every request, we'll always do our best to make your evening as enjoyable as possible.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

If tickets are still available, yes. However, many of our comedy nights sell out, so purchasing tickets online in advance is the best way to guarantee your seat.
